So, the purpose is to have a listening space so that everyoneβs voice is heard. After the listening space, we can strategise. There is not much point in strategising before hearing each other as the cohesion fades over time for the solutions found.
How can we make sure that the calendar is easy to see?

How can we plan what we intend to do in the next sessions?

o Who is there to assist? Volunteers/Staff
o Tools
o Skills
β How can we protect what was planned from the panic of the
moment? βWe need to clean up now!β
How can we ensure access to the spaces we would like to work on.
Examples: Poly tunnel, doors of the containers.
Not clear:
o How long do we have to wait for the order to complete? Can
anything be done to speed up the order/purchase process.
o Can we buy ahead and get reimbursed?
How to keep workspace in clean room clear?
o Coat hangers?
o Keep toys in an area in the clean room, not spread out.
Way forward:
Problem: Unless asked/communicated, nothing is done about this
